State-run foster care/adoption agencies kidnap 700+ Native American children from their families every year and let strangers adopt them–all for the money. Almost none of these children are being taken out of legitimately harmful homes. (Read: Removal was warranted in less than 3% of the cases.) Trust me, I only wish I were making this up. Native families have been fighting for the return of their children for years now, but if you add your voice to the outcry, the government can’t ignore us forever.
